MY BROKEN TOWN

THE HANGING GARDENS OF SANTA EMILIA

A documentary about the construction of a new, completely sustainable settlement on the Coffee Farm Santa Emilia,in the Matagalpa  region of Nicaragua. The Project includes housing for the workers, a huge kitchen, water prufication and the use of biogas. Everything is made by local, natural materials.This unique Project is designed by an international team of architects and engineers. (60 min. 2008)

LIVING IN BETWEEN

A documentary about the story of the villagers of Bayalish Mouza in Orissa which used te be one of the poorest states in India. Socioligist Carel Tenhaeff  from Holland and Sanjay Khauta from India were
doing research in the region in 1979. After 32 years they go back to the place to vind out what happened to the ideals of those days.(35 min. 2011)

Adventuress, a historically significant and beautiful vessel,  was designed and built by Fife and Son at the Fife Yard in Fairlie, Scotland in 1924.  After a three years restoration by the Rockport Marine in Maine, the 88 year old Adventuress made its return to the water in 2013 (16min.2013)
